Will a tool ever move from Free to Pro?
No. Anything free today stays free. New tools are marked Free or Pro when they launch, and we do not move them afterwards.
What counts as a batch?
Up to 100 files in one operation, with a combined size limit of 2 GB. The queue runs in your browser tab, so keep it open until it finishes.
Do you offer education pricing?
Verified students and educators get Pro at no cost, and schools can request Team seats at half price. Send your institutional email through the contact form.
Can I cancel mid-month?
Yes, from your account page. Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then the account reverts to Free with no data deleted for 90 days.
What payment methods work?
All major cards and regional wallets on Pro. Team can pay by invoice, bank transfer, or purchase order in USD, EUR, GBP, or INR.
Is there a refund policy?
Fourteen days, no questions. If a tool did not do what its page said it would, tell us what happened and we will refund the month.
